CityGML Toolbox fail to open

Hi, 

I'm trying to use the CityGML Toolbox I downloaded here : https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=7f765465648049d5a93ef2dc05b1f52b

I imported the toolbox as described here https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-pro/3d-gis/import3dcitydatainarcgis/

The tool says : "Tool has failed to open"

What am I missing ?

I have ArcGIS Pro 3.4, and a Basic Licence.

requirements

ArcGIS Pro (2.9+) including the Data Interoperability Extension or FME Desktop 2022.0+

do you have those as a minimum?
