Change the default setting for display cache for all users

Using ArcGIS Pro 3.1.4 in a Citrix VDI environment.  I want to change the setting to Clear Cache each time the application closes so it is the default for all users.  Is there a registry key that controls that or some other way to set that in the Citrix master profile so it propagates out to all users?

We use roaming profiles so as these caches grow, I am concerned about the bandwidth impact of moving the profile along with all the display cache to a VDI.

I'm going to be posting an Idea at some point to let us have these settings in a normal user congif file, which does not require a registry edit to work.

That appears to be exactly the solution, provided we were able to upgrade to 3.2.  Unfortunately we are tied to 3.1x until a third party application is compatible with 3.2 or 3.3.

Really? We're on 3.1 and that particular setting is locked.
