Is there any way to change the appearance of MapTips in ArcGIS Pro? I find the default text properties difficult to read and I actually prefer the way they looked in ArcMap 10.x.
If there isn't a way to change these properties currently then this question might be better moved to the Ideas section for future implementation. This would be a good addition in terms of accessibility settings too.
