Hello,
In ArcMap, the symbol below is a character marker symbol of a circle with a character marker symbol of an arrow offset by 9 points. Adding labels centered on point show the label in the middle of the circle.
When trying to duplicate the symbol in Pro, the label is not centered on point. Even after saving the layer style in ArcMap and importing the layer to Pro, the label is still not centered.
Is there a way to adjust this in Pro? Thanks!

ArcGIS Pro version 3.1, just released, introduces a new point labeling setting to control whether the label is centered on the symbol or on the point feature's geometry.

did you set your label position to be centered on point? If yes, then the problem is from the symbol. I tried to reconstruct the symbol in Pro and it's working for me, so check to see if the circle is offset or not. It looks like once you load the symbol the circle is offset to the left and the arrow to the right instead of only the arrow, you can check to make sure from the symbol properties. In the image below is my reconstruction where only the arrow has an offset and there is no problem.
I am also having this issue. The point is labelling in the middle of my two layers, even though there is no offset specified for the circle, only the arrow. Any thoughts on where else to check settings? Or could this be a bug with the software version?
