I am trying to create a server connection within ArcPro 3.3.2 to my Enterprise 10.8.1 ArcGIS Server and it will not allow me to add an admin username and password. As soon as I type in my Server URL it greys out my username and password. I thought this might be due to it passing through my Windows credentials but when I open up the connection properties it defaults to a random username and password for one of my Portal logins.

Our ArcGIS Server is federated with Portal if that makes any difference.

I am signed into my Portal in ArcPro using my admin login so I thought it would at least default to that. Does anyone have any ideas what I might be doing wrong? I have attached two images to show the issue.

Hello @JenniferVanHouter1 , this process might be clearer if you Sign Out from your ArcGIS Enterprise in Pro first. Then select Insert > Connections > Server > New ArcGIS Server. From the Add ArcGIS Server Connection form enter your Server URL like this https://machine.domain.com/server. Then you click in Username and it does indeed grey out. But press OK anyway and a Sign In form should appear for you to enter your Portal (not Server) login details. Then your Server should be added in to your Catalog in Pro.
