Dear GIS folks, i am trying to take ArcGIS Pro offline (Offline license) but the following error message appears.
This named user license had been taken offline on another machine.
But actually I am the system admin, and i just create this user so I didn't take the offline license, even i didn't sign-in before with this user.
- the "Prevent members from taking ArcGIS Pro offline" button is disabled so it should works fine.
- also i have restart the server admin several times.
Software:
- Enterprise 11.2
- ArcGIS Pro 3.3
- License Manager 2024
- User GIS Professional advanced
This looks to be BUG-000165330 - "unable to take ArcGIS Pro license offline if license assigned through ArcGIS Enterprise portal 11.2 with GIS Professional User type" If the user using a combination of Creator User Type + Add-on ArcGIS Pro Basic/Standard/Advanced, they can take license offline. This bug is under review currently.
Thank you @Robert_LeClair , unfortunately I have downgrade to ArcGIS Pro3.2 and License manager 2023 but same issue still exists. I restarted th eportal and License manager but with no response.
I have another environment but with different configurations (base) so I will try same process on it and feed you back
Sounds good tte - I would also recommend you contact Esri Support Services to see if they can be of assistance as well.
