Cannot find arrow tool in ArcGIS Pro

Can someone tell me where the arrow tool (i.e. the cursor) is in ArcGIS Pro?  I'd like to add it to the quick access bar.  It keeps changing to pan for some reason and when the cursor is in pan mode I can't select any objects in layout view.

If you want to add the pointer to the quick access toolbar you need to search for the tool named "select elements".  This makes the tool available in both maps and layouts.  If you want to add a pan button, the "navigate" tool is equivalent to "pan" in ArcMap.
