Can't customize scale in display filters

Hello, I would like data to display at specific scales depending on certain attributes, so I am using the 'Display filters' pane to create clauses to filter the data. I am only able to select scales from the drop-down options (1:1,000, 5,000, 10,000 etc).

I can click within the scale box but am unable to type or paste a specific scale. Is it meant to be customizable, or are there plans to update this? I am using Pro 3.5.2.

Thank you!

I have a memory of messing with this when it was first introduced and having the same frustration. My workaround was to use the default options to setup some scale filters, then save the layer in question as a layer file, close ArcGIS Pro and then open that layer file with notepad and find the relevant bit of json in there referring to scale filters and manually tweak the scale ranges. If you then save that and re add it to ArcGIS Pro it respects what you've typed in!
