Can attribute tables be undocked by default?

Pretty much trying to determine the question in the heading. Would prefer not to have it as a tab by default in part as it always the changes the layout i was working in to be the layout at whatever tab was last in line before the attribute table I have just dragged to my second monitor. Assuming it is not too difficult as this was/is possible in ArcMap.

If you are talking ArcGIS Pro... then there is no default 'float' option and they open in the bottom of the screen by default with multiple open tables being tabs... unless you fiddle with the layout.
