Can an advanced editor user type cross enterprises?

Hi 

I have editors in my Enterprise deployment with Professional Standard licenses. Some of them need to edit a Parcel Fabric feature service in another Enterprise deployment. The Parcel Fabric requires the advanced editor user type to edit. This is included with Professional Standard. 

Will my editor be able to edit the parcel fabric in the other Enterprise if they have regular creator licenses in that Enterprise or will they need a second Professional Standard licenses over there as well?
