Calculate Volume using a TIF

I would like to calculate the volume of some stockpiles. I have a TIF raster which I have set as the elevation surface and an ECW draped over that ground surface. I would like to calculate the volume of specific stockpiles within the scene, for example the one outlined in red in the screenshot.
