Calculate geometry tool not giving me an option to select a unit of area

I am trying to calculate the acreage for this featureclass, but whenever I try to calculate geometry, it lets me choose a coordinate system and the correct layer and even the type of geometric calculation. However, it doesn't give an option to choose a unit of measurement (sqft, acres). I believe it used to, because the layer had calculate geometry run for x & y center points, and also sqft and acres of each. We just updated to ArcGIS Pro 2.7 yesterday, so maybe that has something to do with this? The document was also saved in 2.6 and 2.7 so idk if that would mess anything up. Any help is much appreciated, thank you in advance GeoNet users!!

you specify the type of unit once,

perhaps use a different tool for that specific calculation

Sean - use the Calculate Geometry Attributes GP tool instead.  This will have the parameters you want for the calculation.
