Hello,
I have created a cached image service using ArcGIS Pro and our city's portal account. I am able to view it on all our devices and desktops. The issue is when I zoom in too far in (1:100) the imagery disappears in ArcPro desktop based on having no more cached levels to pull from. In the mobile devices it "freezes" my last cached level and lets me zoom in further. I am wondering if their is a way to do this in ArcPro? or maybe Portal/ArcGIS online if it is a setting that will set the cached image vs. the individual user sets this extent command. I have yet to find any thorough posts on here that go into this and have not found anything on ESRI but if anyone has resources to point to I would appreciate it!
