Bulk snap line segments to point

My organization is looking to rectify our water services (lines) with our curb stops (points). As it stands, the vast majority of our water services were automatically generated — they start at the nearest water main and terminate at the centre point of the parcel's edge. We would like for the water service to terminate at the curb stop — which we do know the location. We need to do this for thousands of water services without losing the data we have.

I'm at a loss for ideas of how to automate this. Hoping someone out there can provide some insight.

Did you ever find a solution for this? We're working on a similar task—using GPS points and trying to snap lines to those points.
