I want to do a change detection looking at urban tree canopies. Landsat imagery is too coarse, and NAIP doesn't have consistent flight paths. Any ideas on where to look for imagery that has a finer resolution?

I'm not sure if they cover your area, Nearmap is what we are using for high resolution aerial imagery 2D/3D and they have an AI suite that include vegetation, surface permeability, etc.

Yeah, not sure where and how large an area you need but SkyFi might be another option to look into.
