Maybe I'm missing something but Build Batch Pyramids in Pro doesn't seem to allow the user to select all the images in a directory in one fell swoop. We have almost 400 that need to be built and it is not helpful to have to add each one individually within the tool. Seems like a no-brainer to have this capability.
(In the end, I created a Python script to do the work.)
Solved! Go to Solution.
Rebooted the machine and now the ability to multi-select the normal Windows way works.
Second best thing to picking the folder: pop the folder open, click the first raster, scroll to the bottom, shift-click the last raster. Or click one raster then hit Ctrl+A if you're 100% sure every file in there is a raster dataset.
David, I tried that, of course, it is the classic way of multi-selection. It didn't work for me.
Interesting. I'm also using 3.4. Maybe my machine needs to be rebooted -- too much running right now to try that.
In any case, it would be useful if they had a "Select all images in directory" option. Just my 2 cents.
hi @RobChasan
I'm with @DavidSolari in the (it works for me category)
I've seen what you are asking for in the add rasters to mosaic dataset tool
the list by details and show full path options are useful for me
too
