Hi Everyone,
I've been mapping legal descriptions for parts of Colorado and Nebraska and I've noticed that the PLSS landgrid (townships, sections, etc). does not line up with the satellite basemap. What is the reason for this and is there a way to change it? I know I can't change the coordinate system or projection of the basemap, but is there anything else I could do? The basemap is shifted west by approximately 160 feet.
