I've got a geodatabase full of flights and I want to use ModelBuilder/Python to easily symbolize each by their Local Date and Time field. I can't Apply Symbology from another layer because each flight happens at unique times and all it ever outputs is the <all other values> symbol. I've searched high and low for a solution on Esri's website but I just can't figure this part out. Someone explain it to me like I'm 5. Help!
