This list is WAY TOO long for a product that has been out for years now. Get it together ESRI. I don't need 3D or integrated mesh blah blah blah; I need basic, core functionality to work.
Brandon,
I share your pain with this as I have come across all of these issues. I would highly recommend submitting an idea to ArcGIS Ideas.
Funny thing, I just did a search for Attribute Table in Pro in the Ideas section and found this:

...and I commented on it four months ago, haha!
I would consider voting this post up. Plus submit a new idea based on your other comments.
The good news is that ArcGIS Pro 2.0 will be out soon which will solve many issues (I have been told). So, I'm excited!
Brandon/Adrian,
We absolutely understand these frustrations! I think you will be much more happy with 2.0--highlighting selected sets and improved overall usability within tables were some of our main goals. We have worked to improve the "stickiness" of scrolling (horizontally and vertically) and the table location jumping around after performing any kind of operation.
Just making sure I understand #4, the basic workflow is you've selected some records, did something in the map, and would like to jump to your selected view within your table, but you have to click twice, correct? What version of Pro are you currently using?
I'm curious about these wacky selection sets. If they are reproducible, have you considered submitting a support ticket?
As always, thanks for the input
Thanks for your reply Alycia. For #4, let's say I use the selection tool to make a selection on the map. Then I want to see just the selected records in the attribute table. So I click on the icon on the bottom left of the attribute table that shows only the selected records. The first click focuses the attribute table pane and removes focus from the map pane. Then I have to click again to see the selected records. Its perhaps not a big deal, just slightly annoying and I think I only mentioned it out of frustration. I'm using version 1.4 now. I haven't considered a ticket because this seemed more like a user interface design choice and not a bug. I'm looking forward to 2.0!
Hi Alycia thanks for the clarification.
Is there any way that the help sections online can distinguish which versions of ArcGIS Pro have these capabilities, something similar to the Licensing information sections in the Tool Reference pages? For example, this help post about Highlighting records within a selection set explains the functionality that Brandon was asking, but without seeing this post, I would of not known that it's only available in ArcGIS Pro 2.0 and above.
Harrison,
Your help doc feedback is really appreciated. I think this is a great idea and I have forwarded it to our doc team. Keep an eye out for changes in the future. Thanks!
Harrison,
I received a response much quicker than anticipated. Our online help doc is only relevant to the most recent version of the software. For other releases, you will need to download the associated installed help. In addition, you can always check this link: What's new in ArcGIS Pro, which will have new functionality by version.
I hope this helps. Please reach out if you have additional questions,
Alycia
Awesome that is good to know. Thank you for the response!
