Attribute Table in ArcPro opens in separate window from map

OK Smarties, I pushed the wrong button somewhere.  How do I get my attribute table to show at the bottom of my map again?  It keeps opening up in another window and I can't find the answer.

Thank you for a simple question that is hard these past few weeks to figure out.

Click the tab, and drag it down to the bottom of the 5 options: 

[TashaLowrey]
