Is there a way in ArcPro that I could first test that a field has a value, if it doesn't, then have it select a value from a specific attribute in another feature class or a map service? It would have to be from something that we don't have as a feature service since the data we are pulling the attribute from is not owned/maintained by us.
Edited: Reason for looking for an attribute rule method is that the client doesn't necessarily want to use a web app for editing the data. Wants to learn to use ArcPro, but data edited has specific items to be added and calculated as data entered. Moving from stored procedures in Oracle forms to graphic editing.
