Assign names based on values in other field

Hi there,

I wanna use the model builder of ArcGIS Pro 3.x to assign names for features in a feature class. The problem is how to specifically use the "field calculator" tool, or any other tool, to enter different names "Field name is Type" for features based on various values that exist in another field "Field name is Gridcode", which is a codded values.
