I finally updated to Pro 3.0.2, and some of my projects won't open - they just sit there after the pop-up saying that the project is updating goes away.  Some small projects do open, but the ones using Scene with LiDAR .las files are not.  Below is the Task Manager - the ExcelToSQLite64 is running at ~9% of my CPU (varies within ~ 0.5%).

I attached two .aprx files (v2.0.9) that won't open.

I just installed the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 Redistributable 64-bit driver. and my projects opened.  Searching in DuckDuckgo for the ExcelToSQLite got me to the proper ESRI support page https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000028432
