ArcPro using python to connect with an AGOL Feature layer

Hi All,

So I have had no issues with this before this morning. So I am wondering what I am missing. I am working on a python notebook and pulling in a layer from AGOL. 

I keep getting this error: that is attached in photos.

I have also broken this down as well by url with password and user name. Still get this error. It worked for 5 minutes then it stopped again. What could be causing this issue and how can I mitigate this from happening. Is it on my end or could something be happening on the AGOL side?

I have seen this issue before when people connect from a corporate networks.  Can you try this at home (not on VPN), or from a public WiFI not on VPN to see if you are able to connect without the verify_cert = False?
