ArcPro raster stretch function gives me wrong min and max values

Hi everyone, I am using the stretch function to display my rasters. The default min and max values are odd, especially the max value which is extremely large compared to the actual max value. 

Below is the default odd value:

After changing the statistics to be "custom", I have the correct values shown below, but my raster becomes pitch black and I cannot see any stretch. Does anyone have ideas about what's going on? Thank you for helping!

Run that and check the properties again
