please help me to solve this issue as I choose to work offline and I can't sign in again

Note: I have a free license for one yearerrormsg.jpg123.jpg

you have to sign in on the computer that you signed out on and re-enable the license

Dan is correct. You'll need to go back to the machine you used to take the license offline, and uncheck that option, as shown below.
