ArcPro will not open for me on 2 of my computers. Running version 3.3. I've tried repair reinstall and a hard uninstall and reinstall. Not sure what else to do here. Anyone else having issues just opening the software??
Edit: to add context, i do have .net desktop runtime installed. version 8.0.10
same issue as of 1:00 pm est. opened technical support ticket, will report back with findings.
Hello @h2e_nwilson could you try starting ArcGIS Pro in diagnostic mode, and compare your working machines to the failing ones ? Perhaps using a command something like this.
C:\Users\myusername>C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Local\Programs\ArcGIS\Pro\bin\ArcGISPro.exe /enablediagnostics
without any changes, all computers that had issues yesterday are working today. no idea if it was on our side of the fence or esri's. good luck.
Are you receiving any error messages when Pro won't open for you? It might be worth doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of Pro to see if that works.
