ArcGISCleanup.exe doesn't stop after session is closed

I recently received a new Windows 10 workstation and installed ArcPro 2.4.3 on the machine.  When I open Pro, there is an ArcGISCleanup.exe process that is consuming 10% of my CPU (even when an empty project is open).  Upon closing Pro, the ArcGISCleanup.exe process does not go away and continues to consume CPU.  An additional instance of ArcGISCleanup.exe appears if I open/close Pro again.  So in the end, I have multiple versions of the ArcGISCleanup.exe process that each consume 10% CPU and do not go away until I restart the PC.  This did not happen on my previous workstation with a Windows 7 OS.

Workstation Specs:

- ArcPro 2.4.3

- Windows 10 Enterprise - 64-bit OS

- Intel Core i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz

I would appreciate any suggestions on how to resolve this issue. Thank you!
