Is there a way to set up email alerts connected to a layer/map when certain features are added, through ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Pro? I saw that this was an option through ArcMap, but I do not have this software. I also thought I saw this might be possible through ArcGIS Pro, but I would have to use Python, which I don't know. Any suggestions?
