ArcGIS Pro - Slope Analysis raster to CAD

Hello, we are new to GIS and are trying to implement the slope analysis tool in our project. We've generated a raster file of the slope analysis, and are struggling to figure out how to export to CAD. It's not an integer file, and we're not sure how to go about making it one without losing the slope information that was generated. Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Your options are convert to integer (and lose decimal precision) or scale up by a factor of 10 (or 100, 1000 etc,) and convert to integer (then you have to remember you scaled.)
