Problem resolved by clearing chrome browser history and adding "www.arcgis.com" and my organizational address to IE trusted sites.

Try resetting the ArcGIS Pro Application Profile. Resetting your ArcGIS application profile
Also check the Configure Licensing page for the license status.
Hello, thank you for replying to my issue.
I have tried all the steps in resetting ArcGIS application profile but the problem still persists.
I have also check my licensing, and try to authorize but the system says "All requested features have already been authorized on this machine." I believe that my license is still valid for I still have credits left and it is still months later until renewal date.
