I'm in the process creating a new report in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.3. The layer I'm using has multiple fields containing image URLs available over HTTP. When I view the pop-ups for the features I can see the image URLs, click on them, and view the images successfully in the browser window that launches. I can also configure the pop-up window to embed the images successfully so I know the URLs are correct. However whenever I create a new report and add new dynamic images to the details section referencing the same URL fields the resulting PDF export contains no images only blank space where they are supposed to be.
As an experiment I change the expression to use an image from an HTTPS source and upon export the image was displayed correctly. Do the Dynamic Images need to come from an HTTPS source?
