ArcGIS Pro pushs itself to the foreground while starting

Does anyone know a solution to the following problem?
When I start ArcGISPro and want to work in another program in the meantime, the starting ArcGISPro keeps pushing itself to the foreground so that I cannot go on to write anything in Word, for example. However, the start process of ArcGIS Pro is far from being complete. I have to actively return to the Word program before I can finish writing the sentence, for example.This is not a major problem, but it starts getting on my nerves in the long run...

Have noticed this too. Not a major problem for me but it would be nice if it didn't do this.

The default is to Show the start page. The lower two radio buttons might be worth checking out.

I tried with the two changes in the "general options", but unfortunately it didn't help me with my problem...
