ArcGIS Pro 3.0.0 - i am trying to remove the auto-scaling of my labels when zooming in or out or move labels individually as needed, is this possible?
when zoomed out some labels in spots are on top of each other and not legible so moving them as needed would be a great option if possible. thanks
