I've been working with several account executive's with ESRI, and they have gave me all the licenses to several modules but the software keeps crashing when i add data. The account executive sent me link to check system requirements and everything checks out. Also when i try to install the Pipeline referenceing the program states i dont have the right version.
I would continue working with the account executive, if they can't solve the problem, then they will direct you to the appropriate technical support
