This user purchased a 1-year license and used it. Then, they switched ArcGIS Pro to offline mode and formatted their computer. After reinstalling ArcGIS Pro on the same computer, they tried to log in but received an error message stating that they could not log in because the offline mode was activated on another device. Can this be fixed? Thank you.
