ArcGIS Pro - Geoprocessing and Group Layer

it seems that the geoprocessing pane of Pro doesn't support layer groups with more than two level.
in my project I have any layers arranged in multiple levels of group.
when launching a geoprocessing tool and I want to set my layer as input, in the box is displayed only the first and the last group.
when launching the tool, rightly, it will return an error.
even if I try to overwrite it doesn't work.
the only way to getting output is to use the python window and change the suggested name with the right name.
Any comment will be appreciated
