ArcGIS Pro Enterprise 10.9.1: How the “if data exists” tool can be used in a model builder in case of attribute indexes?

 

I wanted the “if data exists” tool to be able to remove the attribute indexes if they are available and to create them if they are not.

 

What might be the best practice for this?

You should be checking for the presence of the attribute index, not the parcel.

If it exists, then delete and connect the output to the Add attribute index.

If it doesn't, then connect it to Add Attribute index

This is exactly what I did. However, I got confused regarding how to tell the “if data exists” tool regarding the existing of indexed fields and then what to do

 

I couldn’t manage how to perform this
