ArcGIS Pro, create mobile package failed

Hello,

I would like to create a mobile package for ArcGIS Explorer offline use. I published the host feature layer, added to ArcGIS pro, used Share --> create mobile map tool in Pro (2.5) to create mobile package...but kept failling. Any idea?

If you are consuming a hosted feature feature layer, then first make sure it is Sync enabled in AGOL.

Then have you used the Download Map functionality from the Map tab to first take the features offline before packaging?
