License server port is default 27000. (VPS01)

Configured License server host name with port in ArcGIS Enterprise (VPS02).

VPS01 and VPS02 configured by active directory.

1.  Go the Portal admin and verify the license manager indicated is indeed VPS01.

2.  Configure the ports through the firewall.  Keep in mind there are two ports, 27000 for lmgrd and another port you must specify in the service.txt file for the license manager.  The client machine where Pro was installed must communicate to the license manager machine through these ports.

Refer to the following if you need more detail concerning firewall configuration:

@ooriiman9186 can your machines ping each other? First job is to always double check your firewalls, and confirm the ports are open.

@ooriiman9186

The FlexNet licensing service for our license manager can run on ports 27000-27009, so many of our customers will open that port range on their firewalls.

As @AmnoyAm had said the lmgrd daemon runs on 27000.  However, the ARCGIS daemon is dynamic and can utilize any available port.

I suspect you are running another software in your environment that also uses FlexNet licensing.  If so, you will need to lock the Vendor port for the ARCGIS daemon as stated in this document:
