ArcGIS Pro 3.2.1 hangs when shutting down (with Swiss coordinate system)

Please note: this is not always happening, only about every 2nd time. Steps to reproduce:

1. Start ArcGIS Pro 3.2.1
2. Create new Map project
3. Remove base layers
4. Change map coordinate system to CH1903+ LV95
5. Save project
6. Shutdown ArcGIS Pro --> ArcGIS Pro hangs (not always reproducible)

This actually happens when the project is closed. I'm running into the problem when I programmatically open another project (and the current project is closed).

I've installed ArcGIS Pro Coordinate Systems Data 11.2.49116.
