ArcGIS Pro 3.0.1 Label Shows Halo Only forSome Labels, Others Complete

Hello. I'm experiencing a problem wherein labels for a single layer with multiple label classes sometimes appear to draw as only a halo with no visible text. Zooming in to a larger / finer scale generally causes the labels to draw as intended, while zooming back out causes them to revert to the halo-only condition.

Different label classes use different scale limits.

I pasted a screen capture of a location with one label correct and another nearby showing the pathology. Both of these labels are from the same label class.
