ArcGIS Maps for Office doesn't work

Hi Ali,

What version of ArcGIS Maps for Office are you currently running?

If you open the Environment Variables on your machine, move the environment path to ArcGIS Maps for Office files to the top of the path list. (C:\Program Files(x86)\ArcGISMaps\Office) After doing this restart the application.

Does this seem to fix the issue?

I have  ArcGIS Maps for Office v5.1, I restart tow times and still not working

Question:  is the CefSharp.BrowserSubprocess.exe running on your machine experiencing the issue?  Open Task Manager to verify.

A workaround to fix this error message is as follows:

1. Click the Start button lower left of your PC.
2. Type Edit environment variables to open the Environment Variables interface.
3. Click the Path variable in the first box of User variables for <your user profile>.
4. Click Edit and move the C:\Program Files (x86\ArcGISMaps\Office to the beginning of the PATH variable.
5. Start Excel and try to login again.
6. What is the result?
