So, I'm trying to use the Florida statewide parcel map (Florida Statewide Parcel Map) on ArcGIS hub and take a piece of it and import into ArcGIS pro so I can eventually convert to a CAD file. however, on ArcGIS hub, the download options are CSV, Shapefile, KML geoJSON or geodatabase. CSV, KML , shapefile and geoJSOn all fail to download and when I get the .gdb imported to arcgis Pro, nothing comes up. I'm not sure if theres an easier way to do this but any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

It looks to me as though the map uses this layer:

www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=efa909d6b1c841d298b0a649e7f71cf2

You can open the layer in ArcGIS Pro from that page. It seems to allow selection but not export.

I tried downloading the zipped shapefile from the Hub site

https://geodata.floridagio.gov/datasets/efa909d6b1c841d298b0a649e7f71cf2_0/explore

and I'm seeing a 3.8 GB download zipfile starting, so that might work for you if you need a local copy.

The Hub page allows filters to be applied - maybe you could do your selecting there - zoom to your AOI and apply whatever attribute filters you want, then try downloading.
