Arcgis error

I am using the newest ArcGIS Pro and I keep getting the error failed token based authentication error code 498 about every 30 mins.  it is getting annoying and I called ESRI and they couldn't figure it out either.   Attached is the two messages I get the most.  our data is hosted by Arcgis online
