Arcade Labeling Expression

Hello all!
I'm attempting to label local streets by address range using ArcGIS Pro's street address placement style. I'd like to create an Arcade label expression to locate matching streets and determine the highest/max address range value. For example (see below), I'd like to maintain Randall streets 100-101 and 126-127 street address ranges. This is a single segment street compared to Liberty Church Rd, which is comprised of multiple feature records/segments and, thus, address ranges. The map labels clutter at this point. Ultimately, I'd like to format labeling to display the minimum and maximum values for each street including the streets comprised of multiple segments/ranges. Any insight will be much appreciated.
