I have been  trying to configure my pop-up for a subdivision layer and I have not been able to do so.

Can someone please tell me what is happening and why it does not change after enabling and disabling  the popup. My layer is a subdivision layer that is not very large and I am trying to display the year is was recorded, name and shape area.

Got a answer to my problem from ESRI.  I was sent a list of possible solution. The one that I think worked was clearing my cache and check my firewall. It was not allowing me to configurate my pop-up:

Here are the steps I took until one worked:

In a meantime, you may try the following troubleshooting options:

Change the ArcGIS Display settings.

  1. Open ArcGIS Pro > Project tab > Options > Display.
    1. Antialiasing mode: Normal.
    2. Change the existing rendering engine to OpenGL/DirectX.
    3. Clear local ArcGIS Pro cache.
    4. Close the ArcGIS Pro after click OK and try to launch ArcGIS Pro and check if the issue resolves.

Connect with a different network connection.

  1. Change to a different connection.
  2. Try to launch ArcGIS Pro and check if the issue resolves.

Disable the Microsoft Defender Firewall

  1. Request the IT to disable the firewall to the machine.
  2. Try to launch ArcGIS Pro and check if the issue resolves.

Can you please provide a screenshot of your popup setup and any error messages that you are receiving?

Have you tried to open logs to see if there are any errors showing?

No, but I can use the file in Arc GIS desktop and everything works fine.
