Append multiple layers in 3.5

After recently upgrading to 3.5 I have noticed a loss in functionality with the Append tool, unless I am missing something...

I have a simple process where I receive geopackages and append the data in them to an AGOL feature layer.

The geopackage features contain matching fields with the AGOL feature.

In previous versions of Pro all I would do is select all of the geopackage layers as input datasets, select the AGOL feature as the target and select "Use the field map..." to map fields. The Append tool would then auto match the fields and I would run the tool, done. See screenshot from Pro 3.3:

In Pro 3.5 I do the same steps, but the fields do not get matched and I can't even match them manually. See screenshot, using the exact same data:

This means I now have to process one geopackage at a time which seems crazy. Any ideas/thoughts?

Jason

Try to pull the source & destination datasets in using the folder button rather than using the dropdown or drag/dropping from a map or Catalog (if you aren't already).
I've had some weirdness in Pro 3.5.1 when using the dropdown for data already in the map/project, or drag & dropping layers into tools rather than browsing to them.

Thank you for the suggestion, appreciate it.

Unfortunately I got the same result.

I have opened a support case now, so will see what comes of that.
