AIX : No permission to access application

Hi there,

I am currently using Adobe Illustrator 2024 with latest AIX extension " ArcGISMapsforAdobe_Win_360'



This week, the login access was denied with this  dialog message "You do not have permissions to access this application."

My login credentials were correct.

I tried all options available, re-installed Adobe Illustrator to older 2023 version and AIX extension back to older 'ArcGISMapsforAdobe_Win_331' version.

Again i get this errror.

Please need a quick solution on this.
