Aggregate values in popups

Hello.
I would like to configure the pop-ups in my shp so that they present the data in a more readable way. I have the following table of attributes, which shows several people entering at different times and locations.
What I want is for the pop-ups to group the times and locations by name (without repeating the person's name), and whenever the location is the same, to group the locations within the name as well.
Something like that:
